Mr. Dehai Xie serves as the China-Based Building Materials Procurement Specialist, dedicated to providing overseas clients with one-stop solutions for sourcing and exporting high-quality Chinese building materials. His role ensures efficient, secure, and reliable access to China’s premium construction resources.

Leveraging extensive local experience and a well-established supply chain, Mr. Xie oversees the full procurement process, including:

• End-to-End Client Support and Logistics Coordination
  Assisting clients with procurement visits to Guangzhou and arranging accommodations, daily meals, and professional transportation services for overseas clients, including non-Chinese speakers, to ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing experience.
• Strict Quality Control
  Conducting factory inspections, quantity verification, and packaging checks after procurement to ensure all materials meet project specifications and export standards.
• Warehousing and Export Documentation
  Managing warehouse intake, fumigation, packing list preparation, and customs documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance and efficient export processing.
• Shipping and Logistics Management
  Coordinating ocean freight operations to ensure safe loading, on-time shipment, and successful delivery to overseas project sites.
• Cultural and Experience Support
  Arranging local site visits and culinary experiences while helping overseas clients better understand the Chinese market and cultural context, enhancing the overall procurement experience.
